Stefanie Rey, Product Manager, presented the StretchStick at the New Tampa YMCA Wellness Expo on September 20.  Local doctors were present and were interested in StretchStick exercises that can help recover flexibility, balance and core strength, as well as working with obese patients who have postural challenges.  Exercises for every fitness level were presented.
