International FES Society Conference
 Mike Laky & Alex Lemke

The conference presented the latest state-of-the-art equipment in functional electrical stimulation and promoted interdisciplinary discussions between clinicians, physiotherapists,biomedical engineers, and neuroscientists.  Manywell known scientists from all over the world attended this conference.

The Hasomed Company presented the RehaMove combination and their FES outdoor bike. It was great to meet Mike Laky at the show as well. We had many interesting conversations with existing and new contacts from leading rehabilitation centers.

The Reck Company is located close to Freiburg so we were very happy Mike Laky visit our plant. We had a chance to talk about general topics and introduce him to the new developments. Mike chose the perfect time to come over as we are celebrating Oktoberfest in Munich!

Message from Germany
The Rehacare International Trade Show took place October 15-18, 2008 in Düsseldorf, Germany. Over 40,000 visitors and 800 exhibitors from every corner of the world gathered at the show. It is the biggest event in the rehabilitation industry. The MOTOmed team was in the middle of the action! We had the opportunity to meet with individuals and share new ideas and novelties. For over 30 years it has been the meeting point for rehabilitation professionals, companies, support groups, organizations, and end users. The main topics covered at this year's convention were rehabilitation, prevention, integration, and care.
